Commission sales · Rotterdam
See what your produce sells for while it is being sold.
On commission you keep ownership of your produce until it is sold. We sell it to European wholesale, retail and foodservice buyers, then send you an account sale for each shipment showing exactly what was sold, at what price, which costs were deducted and the net amount paid to you.
- You own the goods until they are sold
- Every cost itemised
- Arrival photos for every lot

What you see that other importers don't show you
Every commission grower gets a personal online portal. You follow your goods from loading to payment, live — not weeks later on a PDF.
Live sale prices
Each unit sold appears in your portal with its actual sale price, the moment it is sold. You know what you are earning before the account sale is even created.
Live payout estimate per shipment
Sold volume, realised sales, costs and the estimated net payout per truck, updated as sales come in.
Stock on hand, in real time
See per lot what is sold and what is still in the warehouse — no need to call and ask.
Arrival QC report with photos
One report per shipment covering every pallet inspected on arrival, with photos, before any quality deduction is discussed.
Itemised account sale online
Every sale, every cost line and the net amount, available to download per shipment, with the payment remittance attached.
Claims and messages in one place
Raise a dispute, upload documents and talk to the team inside the portal, with a full history.
Portal access is included for every approved grower, at no cost.

Commission or fixed price?
Commission
- You keep ownership until sold
- You get the full market price, minus itemised costs
- Live visibility of every sale
- Best when markets are strong
Fixed price
- We buy at an agreed price
- We own the goods and carry the market risk
- Payment on the agreed term
- Best when you want certainty
Before we start
To sell in European retail and wholesale, we need:
- Valid GlobalG.A.P. certificate (GGN number) — the first thing we check
- GRASP social assessment
- Phytosanitary registration and export documents
- Cold chain from harvest to loading
Questions exporters ask
Who owns the goods during a commission sale?
You do, until they are sold to the final buyer.
Can I start with one truck?
Yes. We prefer a single trial load so both sides can judge arrival quality and results.
Can I choose fixed price instead?
Yes. We also buy at an agreed fixed price; then we own the goods and carry the market risk.
When do I see the sale prices?
As soon as each sale is recorded, in your portal — before the account sale is made.
What happens if the market drops?
On commission the result follows the market. You see prices live, so you can adjust the next trucks quickly. If you want certainty, ask for a fixed price.
How are quality claims handled?
Every lot is inspected on arrival with photos shared in your portal. Any claim is raised there with evidence, and you can reply.
Which costs are deducted?
Only the costs agreed in writing, each shown as its own line on the account sale.
Which documents do I need?
Commercial invoice, packing list, CMR, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin and your GlobalG.A.P. certificate.
