New origin programme · Spain
Sell your Spain produce in Europe
Crown Fields, a Rotterdam importer, is opening its 2026/27 Spain programme for peppers, tomatoes, citrus and melons. We are selecting the first growers and exporters now.
Why Crown Fields
We open the European market for you
Our model already runs every week with growers in Morocco: produce arrives by truck to our Rotterdam-area warehouses, is inspected on arrival, sold to wholesale, retail and foodservice buyers across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and the Nordics, and settled with a transparent account sale. We are now extending the same system to Spain.
Typical windows we are planning for: October to May, plus summer melons. Choose commission (you keep ownership until sale, payment after the account sale) or fixed price (we agree a price before loading). Every lot is traceable from your packhouse to the buyer, and you need GlobalG.A.P. certification, a phytosanitary certificate and a certificate of origin.
FAQ
Common questions
- Do you already import from Spain?
- Spain is a new origin for us. We are opening the programme for the 2026/27 season and selecting the first partners. Our existing programme with Moroccan growers shows how the process works.
- Commission or fixed price?
- Both. With commission you keep ownership until sale and receive an account sale with payment afterwards. With fixed price we agree the price before loading.
- What documents do I need?
- GlobalG.A.P. certification (GGN), a phytosanitary certificate and a certificate of origin for each shipment, plus a commercial invoice and packing list.
- Who arranges transport?
- You do, up to delivery at our warehouse in the Netherlands. We share arrival, inspection and sales updates throughout.
